Once focused on traditional media - i.e. television, I was able to launch a career in what is a notoriously difficult industry to break in to. Prior to that I helped launch an internet radio station, in the year 2000, when I enjoyed many a chat room and message board (at that point, I really had no idea what was coming). As I later sat in a desk filing actors contracts and paying immense royalty checks to people like Quentin Tarantino, YouTube suddenly became my primary source of entertainment. Alas! New media was born. I have since moved on to the digital space and it is fascinating. I seek trends and meaning in the web. I aim to inspire. And I celebrate those that are creating real value, both online and off. Unfortunately, real value seems few and far between these days. But we can change this, for the better. The future media world is beyond our wildest dreams. Welcome to the most grand experiment. I thank you for reading this. I do hope it was refreshing.
